How lucky to see real lilacs during my walk!
Walking is a recommended way to realign your root (red) chakra, and creating a connection with nature can help bind you back to earth. This can be especially helpful during quarantine since we are all mostly stuck inside. Go for a walk when it is sunny, (or rainy!) to get that walker’s high.
Oh, you might think it difficult to reconnect with nature in a place like New York City, but there are vibrant living colors all around, if you pay attention to your surroundings.
Now I want to snap a photo of my neighbor’s lilacs that are not as deep a purple as the ones in this photo. Someone is always standing right next to it, though, so I have to find a good time to do it without creeping anyone out.
