On the Upswing?

Powering through my mood swings and still doing some positive, healthy things when I can manage. I’m starting to feel better… I think?

I just wish I didn’t take it out on people around me when I’m not feeling well.

Why does my depression brain make it so hard for me to just be chill and nice. Ugh.

Keep forcing yourself to do good, even when it seems perilous. D:
