Oh yeah when my quarantine 15 because a quarantine 15+15 and I sat on my couch eating 3 pizzas in a row and thinking it would never catch up to me lmaoo.
I started accusing my scale of lying because I am in disbelief.
Okay my birthday is April 6 so I would like to get to my pre-quarantine body but also maybe be a little healthier to help with the whole mind, body, soul bs I was spewing months ago when I was on high (probably just manic!)
What’s the best way to shed pounds without having to leave the house and interact with other human beings?
Maybe I’ll pick up the hula hoop again ahhhhhh.
