Cut the string off your tea bags before you throw them out.

Just in case it gets wrapped around a bird’s little foot. 😦 At least it won’t be weighed down.

Switching to loose leaf teas is also an easy way to reduce small, but destructive waste a bit.

ALSO: why not cut/break the strings on a disposable mask? So it doesn’t get wrapped around an animal!

I wonder if squirrels or birds use discarded masks as their bedding when building nests? 🤔 Cute in theory, but it still couldn’t hurt to make it a little safer? Lol.
