Another one for my collection of graphic novels. And from my current favorite graphic novel publishing company, First Second!
I bought Be Prepared to use as a comp title for one of my children’s book publishing class assignments. It’s nice to have an excuse to buy awesome children’s books and graphic novels and do homework assignments about them.
I’m also using First Second as a publishing company to examine for my final project and develop a mock social media strategy. These are my “fun” homework assignments.
I’m reading this to work my brain a bit before catching up on homework that I missed this week when I had my killer cold. 😷 Being sick was nice for a minute just because I could stay in bed all day and deliriously watch TV and nap and didn’t have to think about school.
Now it’s time to get back on the grind! Today’s agenda: tidy up, read, play with the cats, finish two homework assignments, go to the movies?!
I’m trying not to put all my effort into my Pace classes since my GC classes actually count for more, so I’ll be happy once I get these homework assignments out of the way today. I’m watching motivational videos and trying to be radiant, like my tarot card reading says. 😹
